About the Event
In this four hour seminar you will learn about the importance of commercial leases and how they impact the value and performance of commercial investment property. We'll discuss office, retail, and industrial leases and the typical lease structures such as NNN (Triple Net), Full Service, Modified Gross and how they are differentiated. We'll learn how Operating Expenses are handled for different lease types. We will also discuss how commercial agents can often make a greater commission representing a commercial Tenant in a lease versus a purchase.
Attendees will also receive sample lease related documents such a Request for Proposal, a Letter of Intent, and a lease analysis spreadsheet.
